ther is a proverb says that time is money,in fact it is.

but i consider the tme is more valuable than money.as is well known,we can earn money by work but can not get the time back in anyway.for this reason ,we can say time is more valuable than money.

sometimes we think we have a lot of time,and spend it on the meaningless things, that's a waste of time.in a sense, waste , wasting time is equal to wasting life.

make it in mind,time is treasure to cherish life

yesterday i watched the moive "the shawshank redemption" again.really,it's classical.there are two sentences give me deep impress.

"i guess it(life) comes down to a simple choice:get busy living,or get busy dying"

"hope is a good thing,maybe th best of things,good thing never dies"

yes,everyone of us should have hope,without hope,we'll just be  moveable corpse.

there is no doubt that the happiness is the most precious thing in our life, without it ,life will be empty and meaningless.

but how to get it?

i'm not sure, but i think the first thing is the healthy, only strong man can enjoy the pleasure of life.so i tell myself less smoking and less drinking in my daily life.that will be good for my body.

the second, i think the happiness consist in contentment, a man always dissatisfied with the prensent condition will be  always  in the disstress. sometimes the only thing we need is relax and have a rest.

there are a lot of things we should pay attention to, and i can't write all of these.
