i treaded on and borke down my iPod ear phone!! i cant hear anymore!iPod's official accessories are more expensive than another earphone.

by the way,this weekend, i have a TOEIC test.the it always makes me sleepy,because it keeps me long time,about 2hour.but i want to do my best for future.

i cannot stop eating chocolate!!!!!

today i enjoyed eating seafood Nabe with friend.Do you know what means Nabe?i cant explain in english , so i look up my dctionary...

 there was...A dish cooked in a pot at the table ; a hot cooked at the table,

 in winter ,we often do Nabe. because it can makes us hot and happy.

we put many things in it. for example, fish,meat,vegetables,kimchis,tofus,mushrooms,noodle and more.

recently, collagen Nabe is the young girls' boom. in super market,we can get collagen jelly easily.we put it in ,and drink the soup. next day, our skins are beautiful!!

Nabe is my recommending meal.
