I wish I could do it better. But I feel depressed gradually.

It's really a trouble to cooperate with this customer.

The projects in process delayed more than three months.

They make changes frequently and we could not see the end of the work. 

But now, we reject to go to the next step unless all the open items are confirmed by them.  

Boring boring. Go back to work now, complain makes nothing.
