Exactly! When I portraited the image of an untidy artist, I was thinking of Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, the French painter who called himself an enthusiast of ugliness. And, believe me, he’s far more than what I said. He’s gonna destroy all your good imagination of a working painter. But he’s still a great artist, indeed.

How can you have such a nice imagination? Haven’t you ever seen artists (especially male artists) painting? Usually they wear dirty clothes full of dry oil paint, uncombed hair and wild beard, in an untidy room with waste paper, poured colors and painting brushes everywhere… Haha, just kidding ;) Of course I’m not like them, I can’t be like them either. I’m just enjoying the beauty of art while they are creating it, that’s the main difference.

Because I like the ideational image of a girl drawing. With long hair, somewhere lonely in a mansion, in the warm light coming through many large windows, with a huge willow swinging outside, a broad rose garden and some wrought iron gates.
