at Arabic countries we say used hi or hello to says

and bye or bye bye

but, at original language we are used " Al-sallam Alukom " to say hi or bye

and maybe used " Ahllan" or marhab " to say hi

and used " mah Al sallam " or fe Amman Allah to say bye

 

it's from Arabic language bucz it's mother of All langauge on earth

There is no Filipino word equivalent of Hello!   But we speak Taglish or mixed Tagalog (Filipino) and English so, we say Hello too.

 

Bye is "babay",  or "paalam"
