I bet everybody has ever used lyrics to practice listening. Am I right? Then, why not do it from here all of us? I mean, I'll suggest a song, deleting some words from the lyric. This song is somthing about Hungary. Have you heard about 1956. In this time hungarians was fighting against communism in my country and then lot of hungarian escaped to "West" (Europe and America). I have some or a lot relatives who live Germany or America. When I hear this I think this song is about this escape. This is a short history, I hope you don't mind.

I'll try to translate the hungarian verse, but very hard, becouse (I think) english don't know some words. It will be FREE translation.

This song was wrote in 1848- 49. In this time Hungarians fought against Austria (Habsburgs).Lot of Austrians was fighting with Hungarians against them kaiser or emperor and they died for Hungary. Kossuth Lajos (Lajos Kossuth) was one of Hungarian, politic man, "captain" (this is not a good word, but I think you'll understand ).
