What a mouth???

I heart this phrase from "The life and times of time" the tv cartoon of America.

but I couldn't get it.

 

what does it mean by that?

Literally just the expression of emphasizing "big, nice mouth" or something???

plz teach me

Hi! Good guess. "What a mouth" basically means, "Wow, look at that mouth!" We use the exclamation "What a __!" to emphasize how surprised or impressed by something we are.

For example, I might say, "What a day!" if I just had an unusually dramatic or busy day. Or I might say, "What a party!" if a party is really big and crazy.
