Finding the focus words

Hello,


I have some words that I need to find the focus words:


Can you tell me what is it ?


A: Tom bought car.


B: What model of car?


A: A jeep. He got the latest model.


B: What color? Light or dark?


A: He bought a black jeep.

When looking for focus words, we try to find the words that have the most meaning in the sentence. Native speakers will also stress focus words.


As you read through the above series of sentences, each sentence adds a new piece of information with a corresponding focus word.


For example, in sentence A, the focus word is car. The most important piece of information is what Tom bought: a car.


What are your guesses for the rest of the focus words? Remember to ask yourself which word(s) has/have a new piece of information.
