Yes I agree with what Ola said…some countries are crazy about suing. Maybe because it can some people think it can be a good way to earn money easliy.

Mahtab, yes, some countries are crazy about suing someone for nothing. You fell down on the stairs – sue! Said something wrong- sue! Ate something not to your liking – again sue. I think, it causes only panik and always thinking not to do something not to get sued.

In some countries people can sue others easier ,then they do that more!


If I want to sue someone here ,it takes a long time and I have to pass many legal procedures!And its possible finally I cant win!


Then in many times people give up to sue others!

Life is too short to sue or to be sued. Both is headache. But people are fabricating differnt bizzare stories to sue. Once the bus had a minor accident, something like fender bender and all 40 people in it including the driver were a set up. Everyone wanted to sue and get compensation. They lost.
