hello^^ everyone!
How are u doing?
for my survey i asked people about diet and exercises. i got 10responses. 5 people do exercises everyday or three times a week. 5 people don't exercises or don't like exercises.
one of man said " i had weight problem 5 years ago. so, i've been trying to walking a lot and doing some body and muscle exercises for health and staying shape." and he solved his weight problem on 8 month!!It's great!!! other man said " i do pushups situps dips and play racket ballthree times a week. 3 girls do exercises every day. 2 girls do sit-up, one girl do a lot of aprots about 3 hours!! Because of one girl is a cheerleader. other one girl goes on doing sit-up during 10 minutes every day. i think 5 people who do exercises go on doing exercises to keep their build.
one girl from turkey said " i haven7t got any experience on this. because i have never have weight problem." one of boy from china said " i want put on weight." i was surprised a little.
recently, Japanese girls are trying to lost their weight to get nice body. But the japanese girls who become a sick are incresing in number now. for exanple, constipation, irregular menstruation etc.
although i think it is also good to go on diet, of course!! But i consider that it cause a bady a big burden extreme restriction of meal and do excessive exercises!!!
I think it is important to do activity while take care of yourself!!!!!!
