About Passing Time

What do u think about  "Passing Time" 

 The time ( hours, days or years..) is passing and we are stay the same place or the time is the same time, at the other hand time is stopping our cells is growing also we are getting older 

how do u think about it

 1) the time is passing

2) every day is the same day (time is stopping) we are getting older
