color confusion

I was reading a fashion magazine I borrowed from my mom. It was, like, "Hey, ladies! Better get some hookah-blue clothing because that's gonna be the most hip color in the summer."

How on earth does the so-called hookah blue looks like?  I've never seen blue hookah...basically it makes as much sense as flower-green.

fashion is fashion, right?...
