U.S president-elect Barack Obama is meeting today (Friday)with his economic team in Chicago and holds his first news conference since winning the election.

Mr. Obama is about 10 weeks from taking office and inheriting the country's worst economic crisis since the Great Depression. Speculation is mounting about his administration choices, including Treasury secretary, which he is expected to announce soon.

Mr. Obama's pick for chief of staff, Rahm Emanuel, accepted the job Thursday. Emanuel is an Illinois congressman who also served under former President Bill Clinton. In a statement, Mr. Obama called Emanuel a "good friend" and said he knows no one better at "getting things done."

Today when i read the Chinadaily ,there is a new and useful word,"out of the question".
I thought it's not a question at the beginning,then after checking dictionary ,this idiom has a completely different meaning.
the correct meaning of "out of the question"should be"it's impossible,it can't be；not worth considering"
for example:
---it's out of the question that any one want to disrupt Tibet from China.
---We can not go out in this weather---it's out of the question.
There is another idiom similar with "out of the question",but the meaning is different from it.
"OUT OF QUESTION" means "no problem";"no doubt"
She is out of question the greatest authority on this subject now living.

Authorities in western India are offering to pay for a second honeymoon for couples who delay the birth of their first child by two years in an attempt to control birth rates, a newspaper report said on Tuesday.
据《印度时报》报道，该项被称为“蜜月大礼包”的计划是由印度马哈拉施特拉州萨塔拉区政府推出的。
The offer, called the "Honeymoon Package", is being made by authorities in Satara district in the state of Maharashtra, the Times of India said.
据悉，婚后推迟两年生第一胎的夫妇将能获赠价值5000卢比（61英镑）的“蜜月大礼包”，推迟三年的夫妇能得到价值7500卢比的“大礼包”
Couples delaying the birth of their first child by two years would get a honeymoon package worth 5,000 rupees (61 pounds) and around 7,500 rupees (91 pounds) if they can hold off for three years, it said.
