Honesty is the new policy! In the train stations the agents have problems to keep the money for newspapers. For this reason hey created the “honesty boxes” ; where you can take the newspaper read and you left the money in the box, the box doesn’t return the money back .They felt that it idea will worked very well. After that the big stores get too exited honesty exam done for a TV program.The show that a third of the people were honest and the rest kept it.
