what's sand pendulum for

    I'm goin to leave universty in  June this year.At the moment i'm working at an exporting company in China.It exports land pendulum,weater station,neon tubes,etc.

   I don't know what 's the use of land pendulum.My boss said that it can kill time.Is it true?Can someone tell me?

  My job is to sell produces on internet.But usually we have different,so it's difficult to chat .My biggest problem now is my sleeping.I have to get up at 6:30am and catch bus to work.i need to get used of it.
