Somehow but not exactly,the title of a funny story as Katy's could be both(title and its story)written just for implementingthe aim of the written story,not only the title but also the text of story could be far from reality.

 Because sometimes funny rtories are atributted headlines that are funny either and the names are not serious,I mean in reality the names don't apply their texts,I said the statement that you cited just because I meant to say the role of the headline of katy's blog was aimed to be funny as its text.
