Difference between dear friend and best friend

Dear friend: If any one be your Dear firend he will do anything for you.For example: If you were arrested by police, he will be near by with you in the same jail.

Best Friend:If someone is your Best Friend ,He will also do anything for u  but he didnot do indiscreetly . For example:If you were  arrested by  police, he will release you on bail.

So think , You need Best friend or Dear friend.
