Jafar in Kalinga

..Leo "jafar" Basing-at, was born in Dallog Tulgao East, TinglaYan, Kalinga province of Northern Luzon, where many people call it a 'place of no return'. They claimed it a place of no return in the sense that many people both tourist, domestic, foreign and local tourist visited this place then they prefer to stay because of the environment which is very friendly and Amazing, like example the Culture of kalinga with regard to hospitality, that, every strangers would I say appreciated it. Not only, they don't want to return at their respective home because nost of them were attracted with the beauty and beast of Kalingas' women and men, because of their lovely, caring, and especially their attitude on how to deal with an strangers. This is the reason why most of them end up in good marriage!

  If there were badly news happening in this place, I think that problem is not your business but  kalingas concern, in fact visitors are safe, I assure you and nobody will touch you unless you have an hidden agenda. For example the Tribal war practice of Kalinga, is only preferably for kalinga tribe who are in conflict, but there is no problem now because, little by little that the practice of tribalism is slowly eliminated. People of Kalinga are well educated, they are religious people, and they also  occupy highest ranking in Military, government position and  other institutions. I can claim that they are not Isolated in the development though they are young and are still in need of development especially on the roads, business, infrustructure, and industrial materials.
