    Today, I was asked what i would do if i felt blue. In fact it is not the first time that people put forward such a question. It seems many people confused and helpless when they feel depressed and have no way to step out of the puzzle.

    We all know a kind of saying:"Doing jobs as many as you can is the best way to forget unhappiness." To some degree i agree with it. Don't focus on the things making you feel unhappy .Tell youself it is just a past tense.

    When i feel blue i will go to the gym and jog on the running machine crazily for one hour. Everytime when i step off the machine i feel so exausted that i won't have energy to feel blue.

    Besides, it is an effective way to get rid of blue emotions that is doing anything that helps me blow off my oppressed feelings. I will listen to sad musics or watch a sad movie which makes cry. Have a good sleep after crying and feel better when getting up the next day. I feel the sunshine is still bright and air even fresher.

    Last but absolutely not the least is to call my best friend and share my depression with her. A friend in need is a friend indeed. Only on such occassions that i feel my friend has never been far away from me.So it is very correct that i make several intimate friends. I ever heard a poem named <Do Not Wait> in which there is a sentence;"Don't wait to be lonely, to recognize the value of a friend".
