How to communitcate with others?

I really  didn't understand why it is difficult to communicate with others.

I look them as my friend,but they don't

I want to do my job well ,but I felt difficult

I don't know who i can ask

Who can help me。

I want to find someone to talk to me ,it can make me forget lonely.
