What about an english conference in skype !!!

hello every body .

well , i was thinking about a good idea which is the most  efficient to learn how to speak english fluently. Thus   i decided to make some groups in skype each one of them includes a limited number of people to discuss in a conference about a determined subject.

so , how do u feel about it !!! it will be like a small calss for all of us.
