If you're talking about being her husband, in America we usually say "Will you marry me?"

If it's just a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship, we'd say something like "I love you." and then maybe "Would you go out with me?"

That is a very romantic question indeed. XD

"I can't do without you" is more natural for what you are trying to say in the second part. :-)

For me, when proposing a lady, i think it’s better to ask her if she will like to live a loving life with you until you are seperated by death.

We hit it off immediately. Love at first sight.
