help me: about airline

First of all, there are two sentences:

1 when is a low-cost airline not a “no-frills” airline?
2 the attraction of no-frills airlines has been based on price.

any one can tell me what “no-frills” means exactlly
here?

No drinks, no food, maybe no snack, no movies, no music,maybe no blanket or pillow. Not much of anything extra on your flight. Baiscally just your seat is all you are guaranteed. Obviously if you take a no-frills flight, you are gonna pay less for your ticket.
