Hi my nice fellows, I have a question : what is the differences between Madam ("Mam") and "Mrs"..To whom we should call them "Mam" and to whom we should call them "Mrs"...Thanks for replying

"ma'am" is the abbreviated version of "Madam" in English. I'll let someone else explain their answer to your question. ;o)
