It's a subjective kind of question since the answer depends upon the situation of the person who needs to choose between those two;mind over heart or heart over mind. But in the end, the mind has still the power in weighing things..If the heart wins, then it's because the mind says so…

We are very wise.. we always choose mind to ride over heart.. & hence loosing a lot or we never live.. no doubt choosing heart is dangerous.. but only that gives satisfaction.. rather we should go into our action with totality.. Heart & mind.. we should merge into the watcher…. & experience the ecstacy of merging into the existential God..
