In this day ,I left the company that I had worked 2 years , the company is a famous in the internet . So I think it isn't matter to find another job

But , I have waitted two weeks for the new corporation interview , I was crazy for that, any angry

I think it's so poor sincerity for China corporation , many friend said to me"you'd butter send 10 letter once" .But I think I should do each resume be the best and fit for that corporation which I seclect .

Ai~ I think everybody don't use the worldwide theory and work method in China,it is Fucking bad !!!!!

It's certainly more difficult for English teachers to find a job in China than in South Korea.

I think you have to use the "shotgun" approach – send out dozens of letters at a time.

I think it's not that kind of difficult for you find a job with 2 years work experiences. I mean at least it's better than the graduates without work experiences.

There are always some corporations have poor sincerity, but I think you cannot just blame for the corporation. As my work is related to HR, I have seen many candidates also have poor sicerity. It's too bad.

I think I should do each resume be the best and fit for that corporation which I seclect . It' good you know, if you do that, you have left a good impression to the company already. When I select candidates for our company, I made tele interview first, then I choose good ones for face to face interview. When Im tele interview candiates, I found that many candidates just send the CV without checking the company profile, they don't even know what positions they are applying for, so they don't look at the JD neither, when I speak out what we are doing, they say we don't interest in it, after that, some people are still sending their CV. It's really too bad, if you don't interest, why you send your CV continuously? sometimes I really get mad at this kind of people.  Also, I have met people even signed the offer letter, then they say they don't come to work..
