How to balance personal and professiona lives

Hi everybody!

Sometimes, it becomes very difficult to balance one's personal and professional lives.  There's no doubt that both can be very demanding at times…......boss is behind you and your girlfriend doesn't understand the professional demands….........result?  Stress, hypertension?  Stop, don't make yourself a victim of such lifestyle disorders.  Think over the situation, thnk again and again, calmly with deep breathing, forget everything else, take out some time for yourself and you will find that you are more equipped to tackle such situations.  I am not quoting somebody else'e text.  I am sharing my own experiences.  Please share yours….........
