Hi everybody.

Let's write good proverbs here. 

I'll start!

Anything that doesn't kill us makes us stronger.

One of my favorites from Colombia is 

No dar Papaya 

translated literally it means "Don't give papaya"

It basically means don't give people the chance to take advantage of you or steal from you.  

The woman is God's second mistake.

It is always wise to look ahead but difficult to look further than you can see.

Ther is only one corner of the universe you can be certain of and that is your own self.

The stronger winds,the stronger tree.

Honest criticism is hard to take, particularly from a relative, a friend, an acquitance or a stranger.

Don´t bite the hands that feed you.
