who can help me improve my english conversation skill and american accent

it's really frustrating that i've studied english fluency wayback 1990's but still grasping for words when speaking english. or maybe it's because i am not exposed to english speaking people and also i don't really practice the language everyday. is there an english teacher who can help me improve my grammar and accent(american accent)so i can boost my confidence and start applying for a job in a call center industry. many thanks to all of you here
