poor what? poor in English or poor means have nothing…? if You mean poor in English, it 's not important, take study abroad and so far so good in ENglish..(specially if U study in countrry that have english as mother language. But if second meaning, U can apply to fellowship or sponsorship.. ..(usually they give list of requirements). try searching in internet.

girl! studying abroad must need enough money ,including your tuition and living expenses. if you wanna work abroad ,i think first you should find a legal medium   to help you apply for visa because you know in china it is difficult to get  a abroad visa.and the second no matter you wanna study abroad or work abroad ,you must have enough guaranty money,otherwise you can't get visa.
