I think Japanese..

and Arabic..

Arabic Language is the must diffecult and it names Dhad language coz there r no one in deffrent languages can say this letter rather than any arabic can say whole pronounciation in the world.

and its grammer very very hard even arabic man need study to use it.

note: there r alots of accent in arabic . u will find difference in same place.

I tink Chinese is the most difficult…

Chinese is really very difficult for the most foreigners, but to my surprise, there are more and more people whose native language is not Chinese speak Chinese fluently, even can sing Chinese song.

The decisive elements as most people's opinion are: mother tongue and individual factor. For me, I think the individual capability of learning and also interest is the most important element. Although I am estern people, I realized Japanese is very difficult for me after I have learned a little, because I prefer English and Korean than Japanese.
