I've passed through a really rough and bad circumstances but I wasn't crying a lot maybe because humans have the best gift ever which is forgetfulness.

so I think we always smile more than cry.

I don`t think cry more than smile ..It is a question of our atitude towards life . We should face life optimistic.

But sometimes cry is good for our health.

I always cry so I think I am not very strong in spirit.But actually crying also help me relieve my sadness and pressure.

Usually I learn to smile by means of crying.althongh it's a difficulte progress.

But everybody should try to do it.
