Do you pretend to be happy sometimes in front of people and you are not?

 In Islam religion says that smiling is a "alms(sadaka)"

And I dont pretend to be happy in front of the people

so far im very emotional person it’s hard for me to pretend what i feel..
that means, when im happy – ppl can read it on my face..
same thing when im sad..

Most of the times I prefer to lok happy than be sad in front of the others. I believe that there´s a moment while you´re faking happiness when you start to feel you are happy.

Besides, I addopted this role between my family and friends. I´m the guy who always is joking and smiling. When I´m sad I prefer to be alone; if I want to cry I do it alone. I think I need my 5 minutes to feel sad, but life is so full of amazing moments and persons that it´s a waste of time spending more time being sad.

Happiness and Sadness are options we have, what I like to choose?? Obviously the first one.

yes i can pretend happienes in front of ppl even if i was so depressed beceause i think that it's weakness to show ppl your sadness

It is not pretending to be happy, I always do my best to behave normally in front of others for affections influence one's actions unfavorably sometimes.

I always seem happy,  even i am sad..

My firends, teachers, everyone say ''How a happy person you are''

they suppose my life is perfect.. But no!

I have some problems, difficulties..

I dont have a perfect life! I am not always happy…

But i love seeming happy in front of ppl. Becoz when i see a sad person, her/his problems make me sad too..

so i dont wanna make ppl sad, when see me unhappy :))
