recent day ,i am tired with my study .i found myself do everything without activite.i try to realease my feeling.but it has no affect.i cant put my heart on study .and i am afraid of leaving behand .sometime i am  angry for myself .my mind always full of Negative concept .i want to cheer up .and full of motivtion .

every one face such situation. Important thing is to get out of depressions. One important thing is to stop anything that can divert or distract – like Ebaby, other books, movies and anything. Yoga helps much. There are some exercies which doesn't make you tired but refresh you, try Pranaym.

You can keep it doing many a times in a day(not after eating anything). It helps you to make concentration.
