crying is good or bad

sometime I want to cry but I think I myself am a man not a girl. I can not cry. It is not good for male. It is only for femail.
However It is difficult. I think it help us to avoid sadness. Do you think so? It is good or bad?

cry can show u real emotion .a man who sometimes cry is a real man

oh,,about me,,i  like it toooo much,,i feel so happy,,i feel comfort with crying,,,dont ask me why,,actully i dont know why that feeling comes inside me when my tears stsrt to fall,,

Crying is so good ı think because ı do it vey much:)
