Do you believe in real friendship between men and women?

Here is a taste of Russian poet Marina Tsvetaeva's charming poem, from 1915, translated by A. Kneller:

I like the fact that you're not mad about me,

I like the fact that I'm not mad for you,

And that the globe of planet earth is grounded

And will not drift away beneath our shoes.

I like the fact that I can laugh here loudly,

I don’t believe in real friendship between man and woman.  In friendship without attraction. Firstly , I haven’t experienced one. Haha… And secondly I think  if person doesn’t seem an attractive to you, that isn’t interesting to be friend with him. It concerns both men and women in my case.  I hope you understand me in right way.  With woman it isn’t a sexual attracting, but also some preference or liking.  Relations with man turn out in such way, if you firstly only like each other.

But I do not measure attractive by pretty or handsome.  It might seem like this thou. Attractive for me is an emotion, that person makes me feel rather by himself not by appearance of himself. I don’t know exactly what is this. Maybe fluids or aura? Aren’t these only Russian notions?Do you have such feeling? Person has everything, but you can’t feel from him what you need. I can talk to them but I feel nothing. And I prefer to listen to my intuition and be friends with whom I like.  Let myself be friends with women and lovers with men( if it is possible of course, but that is an another thread)

I believe that a gay will be a good friend of women though I haven't met one.But even if the man is not a gay,it's still possible.

I think she wanted to say something about charisma of a person.

Charisma: 1) compelling attractiveness or charm that can inspire devotion. 

2) a divinely conferred power or talent. 

other related words : personal appeal, personal magnetism.

I'd like to tell smth about the first definition: one famous psychologist used to warned:" Be afraid of charming people". Is he right?

You've confirmed what I 'd been almost sure-in some cases( I know the examples).
