ANGER!!!

What about anger? When you’re angry at smth or smb, how do you manage it?

May be you crash anything around or beat your pillow or shout or crying or WHAT?

when i’m angry,i will scream.and when i scream out, i will feel relaxed. but it often frightens others.from my perspective, you can find a place without anyone and think for a moment silently, then you can calm down your violent emotion.

  hatred is a much large   

maybe  hate  no  need  for somting …............

but  anger  need sometimg  to  Raises  

But the anger when  met with hatred  sometimes  will be a serious….........

 Anger can be with  hate   or  without hate   from pain…

now im lestining to music  without headphone  but not very  hight

as  was  in Last Year  that   I listen to the sound is too high Even who  walking in the street hears

  i  enjoy  much when the sound very very very high

and  i have  very very  big  laud speak can voice reach to  far
