what' s your opinion on getting a job after graduation at the age of 37?

I am now a graduate student in korea ( I am a chinese). It has been so long time this problem troubles me. I am really worried if any company will employ me after I graduate at the age of 37. I have little working experiences and my major is concerned with management which is no longer a  hot major as I know. Tell me your opinions if I am too old to be employed or whatever you think about employment problems. Thanks

I am facing almost the same problem as qukchung. I am almost 30 years old  but i am considering change my job but is it too late to make such a decision at an age when most people have got married and have their babies? Will i get accustomed the job I don't have passion?

Should I love the job I am doing or should I do a job I really love?
