problem - inserting pictures/ anchor/ link

I have a problem with the uploading images, inserting anchor, emoticons ect.

Pop up window doesn’t work, it’s just empty.

I’ve already installed updates for java, flash player and..stuff.. Surfed whole web – nothing. None of the browsers doesn’t open pop up window properly.

Is it a bug of the website? Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Please, advice how to solve the problem!

I haven’t face that kind of problems.
I use Firefox and Blackhawk Browser…
