If the question is "Didn't you watched the moive?" and I did watch the moive.

Do I say "Yes, I watched the moive" or "No, I watched the movie"?

If you had seen the movie, the correct answer would be, "Yes, I watched the movie." When someone asks, "Didn't you do X," they already think you did X. They're just asking for confirmation.
