Is there any phrases or idioms in English describing the action that if done will lead to benefit in many ways for example if we give vaccine to a pregnant woman, this will not only protect her from disease but also her baby. Thank you very much.

Hi! Thanks for your question. One idiom that might be useful is "It's a win-win situation." This means a situation is good for everyone involved.

 You could also say that something is beneficial "across the board," which means it's good for everybody, in every way.
