Hi! Thanks for your question. "All of the above" is commonly seen on quizzes. It means that ALL the answers are correct. For example:

Which of these things is a fruit?

a. apple

b. banana

c. orange

d. all of the above

"D" is correct because an apple, a banana, and a pear are ALL fruits.
