Hi, and welcome!

Jason is talking about a 3D (3 dimensional) movie. In 3D movies, it can look like some images on the screen are coming off the screen, toward you (the audience). So Jason is saying that in the movie, there are some parts where it seems like ooze (or slime) is actually jumping off the screen and coming toward the audience. But this is only a special effect.
