Hi! This is a tough question… I looked at the lyrics of the song, and it's hard to say what "hoochie koo" means. I've never heard these words used in another context, so I'm not sure what they might be slang for. It could just be nonsense invented for the song. Or it might refer to a kind of dance, or have some other slang meaning that I'm not aware of. But, again, I don't think these words are used in any other context, besides the song.

Thanks!

Thanks… but, It means something… I wonder it's like… ?Why English Baby don't ask Johnny Winter, what it means, then? I think, Johnny Winter would like to answer this question. I think it's some kind of slang from Mississippi or Texas. I like this guy very much. He is the great American Guitar of all times… He songs, are pure Rock and Roll. Well, I think, a professor has to go until the end of the universe, to find the mean from a word.

Then, I am wainting for.

But, if it becomes very difficult… forget… don't push out you hair.

I will discover, some time.

The Albino, for sure, knows in your heart, what it means.

Who knows someone in English Baby, don't know what it means?

Thanks, again.

Hi! I did a little more digging, and here's what I found for you. The line comes from a Muddy Waters song called "Hoochie Koochie Man." A hoochie koochie man is someone who is very successful with women, a ladies' man, a player. I hope that helps!
