I would like to mention to you that I have never been able to avail of the English chat facility on your website. As a matter of fact whenever I try to login and chat no one responds to me. Though it is almost going be a year with you guys it is kind of sad that I couldn’t make use of this facility. So I was wondering if you could help me?
