Phew! It has been a long time...almost like an exile from this site. I had been travelling for some official assignments and then got busy in pending work on my return.
The performance appraisals are almost through (well almost, since the results are not yet out! 
Keeping my fingers crossed; hope it won't be long lest my fingers remain crossed forever. 
Oops! Bad joke!!
