Frown It's unfortunately I had got my car broken. I didn't know why I backed my car like that. I felt a little disappointed about myself and hurted. Maybe I would recover my mood when I drive it to the repair shop to have a fixing. Good luck to me next time!

I'm not a grease monkey Mikel but sometimes I like to pop my hood open and play surgeon on my car ;). It looks cool and manly , but most of the times I'm only keeping it clean and neat. there's nothing more enjoyable than having greasy hands and the sound of roaring ,cranky engine ;).(kidding).

My housemate is the one with knowledge about cars. He likes my car more than his own - because mine is always acting up and he enjoys fixing it, and I enjoy watching him and handling him the tools he needs ;)

Mikel, we all  once sat in driving classes and yawned ourselves to sleep. But when you  get yourself in a situation like what what happened to you; or when you realize how reckless other drivers can be, you tell yourself " I need to be very careful with that thing (car)" ;)-

I think you are maturing into a better driver, but dont get carried away and go make doughnut stunts in the parking lot just yet. ;)

I think you are absolutely a genius, because you can treat you car like that. I admire your independent about your life. I even don't have the mind to do something with my car by myself just the thingking to fix it by the else. I think driving is really a dangerous thing and we must pay a lot of attentions. Fortunately I don't had any hurt in my body only a little bad feeling in my heart. I think next time I will do it better and more carefully. Thanks to everybody regarding me!Smile

I had a similar experience a couple of months ago. I forgot to switch my gear to drive and backed into my neighbor's truck at high speed. Luckily, my rear bumper was heavily rusted so his robust front-bumper didnt receive a single scratch.

I didn't go to the repair shop . I did go to the store though, where I purchased two rolls of duct tape and a can of spray paint. I gave my  bumper a facelift that she will never forget ;).

Like Mimimomoko suggests, you should take it easy- it wasn't so bad.

cars and their components can always be replaced or fixed.

You are lucky you didn't suffer any severe injuries. you'll be more careful

;)
