i read today’s lesson, it’s about english language or exactly street language, specially young people uses rap talks wich is not commod to polite person, this is my opinion. what’s about yours.
In fact, even in Algéria, our language in arabic, but due to the colonialism, we are used to speak in frenh or to mix arab words with french one. Can you tell me about iranian language by the way.

Hello people,
I have some good methods to practise and learn english:
First:try to think in English and “forget” your mother langauge.Translation is an ancient and failed method.
Second:listen english songs.The best songs to learn english are the old ones,because the singers sing slowly and they use many easy words.Try to listen in silent enviroment and sing with the singer.You’ll have a lot of fun and learn English too.
Thrid:read english magazines and guess the meanings without the dictionary.The pictures can be used with a great tool.
Fourth:watch films,video clips, cartoons and programs without the old legends.Watch carefully the scenes and think about main conversation.
If you are taking an English course make a close contact with the natives and “avoid” the presence of your native mother language.They can make your learning difficult.
Finally,write me and let’s change more ideas,hehehe…

About lesson”Aint No Thang”
First of all I excuse if below writing have some impolite words.
Subject: It’s talk about Ebonics or AAVE, a form of English used by black Americans.
Advantage: It’s a simple, easy use and funny language that doesn’t push you to do all grammar points.
Disadvantage: The people uses Ebonics usually degrade women. It steering people away from speaking correctly.
My idea: I think it’s just a tool that we can use in a good way or in a bad way. For example you can use the knife for killing someone or cutting birthday cake.
In My Country: There is a kind of language in Iran that is very similar to Ebonics. Its name is “kooche and bazari” it means a language that uses in street. Some properties of this language are:
1. They use the word briefly.
2. They use the name of sexual parts of body belong some word. For example they say “kos maghz” to foolish people. While kos maghz is a combination of words “kos= vulva” and “maghz= brain”
3. They use a lot of irrelevant word for sexual parts of body. For example they say “Moamele” to sexual part of man while “Moamele” means contract.
I excuse again using these words because I had to use for better describing my idea.

Hi Mustapha,
I heared about language used in the street in america, but it’s the first time i know that it’scalled “ebonic” or “AAVE”, something new for me.
In Algéria,people are divided, there are those called “kabyle”, others called “arab”, and “chawiya” and” mousabic” it’s is very diversified people, you know that the kabyle people are the real natif of algéria but the arab ones came from Saoudia as OKBA IBN NAFAA and install islam here in algéria, as an arab woman i don’t understand the other people when they talk, and they use the kabyle in their daily life it’s something normal for us, but they speak arabic too.
Anyway, our today’s lesson talks about David blaine, i heard about him in the news, he is someone who launch challenges to himself, i know that there are people like him, it’s a sort of courage i think but dangerous in the same time, it’s extraordinary to be frozen in a block of ice but foolish too, do you agree?.
I didn’t understand the expression ” okay, got it” in the dialog can you please explain it to me.

About lesson “David Blaine”
What a wonderful story! It remind me the movie” unlimited blue” it was about racing of diving between two friends. I like this movie so much. Do you know why people want to break the records? And about your question: “Okay. Got it” means “Ok, I remind that” or “Ok, I understand that”
