Hello!  I can offer you my suggestion for you to speak fluent english:

1.  read english newspaper or magazine or any english reading materials.  Read aloud so that you'll hear your own voice.  That way, you'll know if your pronounciation, diction, is correct.  Practice daily, in the morning, if possible.

2.Join any english club like Toastmaster's Club – if there is already in your country.  Toastmaster's Club is a public speaking club.  Here, you'll develop self-confidence in speaking english, you'll have regular practice before an audience – the members of the club, and you'll get feedback of your progress from members.

3. Read, read, read aloud in english.
