NEW PERSON, NEW COMPUTER!

Ebaby! has two new team members. John is talking to Tanis about her first day at English, baby! She has a new office and a new computer.

John: Did we get a new computer for you guys? There’s only one here in this room?

Tanis: You know who got the new computer? Miguel. But, that’s OK, I don’t need as nice of a computer as he does.

John: That’s what happens when he’s the one making the purchasing decisions. We all kind of get screwed.

Zach: John are you bitter about the new computer.

John: No, I think it’s fine. I was just looking out for Tanis. You know. Making sure you had something portable.

Tanis: Right. Well, that’s what I’m counting on.

John: Well, you guys have a really nice view from here, don’t you.

Tanis: Yeah, it’s beautiful. It’s kind of misty.

John: It’s kind of foggy out there.

Tanis: It’s a misty day today.

John: But, when the sun comes up it looks really nice. And when it sets it looks really cool.

Tanis: There are beautiful trees and all the leaves are turning right now.

John: And then Albertson’s is right down there.

Tanis: So every time I get hungry I can just look out the window and know food’s only a few steps away.

John: Yeah, that’s true.

Discussion

John comes in to see if everything is all right with Tanis. She is in a new office and a new computer and John wants to make sure things are OK. WE had to buy a new computer for the office, but instead of giving it to Tanis, Miguel is using it. Tanis is using Miguel’s old computer. Good thing everyone can laugh about it. John and Tanis also talk about the great view that she has from the office. Apparently the best part about it is the grocery store down the hill. Ebaby! is growing and you’ll see more and more new folks here. All the best!—Zach
